Added support for the patch, batchUpdate and batchDelete endpoints in the Road Selection API. Developers can now update or delete SelectedRoute resources either individually or in batches of up to 1,000 at a time.

Introduced Google road segment IDs (represented as Place IDs) for Roads Management Insights historical and real-time route traffic data. Specifically, a new road_segment_ids field is added as a repeated string field into the following locations:

• Historical Data: historical_travel_time and recent_roads_data tables in your BigQuery dataset.
• Real-Time Data: Pub/Sub topics (rmi-roadsinformation-*).
